What this covers

This notice covers www.dealbridge-hub.com, the site you are reading. It is run by Research Tree Limited, which builds and operates DealBridge. The DealBridge platform itself is covered by the agreement with each client, and Research Tree’s investor platform at www.research-tree.com has its own notice.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms (contact sales, book a demo, or help and support): your name, company, work email address and message, and which of the three forms you used.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, to arrange a demo if you asked for one, and to support you if you are a client. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the suppliers we need to run the site: our hosting provider, which receives form submissions on our behalf, and our email provider. Each processes it on our instructions.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Where analytics are enabled they run with storage denied by default, so no cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device unless you consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as the service runs, and afterwards for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email robert.mundy@research-tree.com and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
